Sri Aurobindo International Youth Conference

I am very Happy to share with all of you that #SriAurobindo International Youth Conference & the #WorldEnvironmentDay celebration took place in #Kashmir on the 5th of June this year It was organised by Auroville Foundation with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India in collaboration with NIT Srinagar and Central University of Kashmir.

We had inspiring talks on -

Sri Aurobindo for the Youth and his vision for Bharat by Sri Raghav Krishna ji from बृहत् - bṛhat - brhat Indian Knowledge Systems by Dr. Anuradha Choudry ji from IIT Kharagpur, Applied Sustainability/Zero waste campus by Sri Utsow Pradhan ji from Tieedi and Auroville Calling by Ms. Vanjulavalli Sridhar ji IFS & OSD, Auroville Foundation. It was fascinating to see youngsters taking interest and engaging in dialogues on topics totally out of their current education system and their desire to study Indian culture, policy-making, sustainability and Indian Knowledge System as part of their regular courses. Times are changing and we are glad to see our Youth participating in making Bharat the #Vishwaguru, the hub of knowledge, culture and an abode of love and Spiritual wisdom, once again
