Gyan-Kumbh 2024: A platform to take Auroville's vision to Educators and students

Auroville Foundation participated in the Gyan-Kumbh 2024, a significant educational event organized by Siksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas in collaboration with Pondicherry University and the Government of Pondicherry. Held at the Convention Centre, Pondicherry University, from 21st to 23rd November, the event provided a platform to showcase the life and teachings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, as well as the vision of Auroville.

Auroville's stall attracted the attention of numerous Vice-Chancellors, Directors, and College Principals who were eager to learn more about Auroville's philosophy and explore potential collaborations to inspire the youth of the nation.

Dr. Mollika Ganguly (Project Coordinator - Edu. & Cul.) and Ms. Vishnupriya, representatives from Auroville Foundation, engaged with Head of Institutions, answering their queries and sharing insights into Auroville's unique approach to education and sustainable living.

The event was graced by the presence of the Hon'ble Education Minister of Pondicherry, Shri A Namassivayam, and Dr. Dhanalakshmi, State Convener-IT Wing for Siksha Sanskriti Utthan Nyas and OSD at Auroville Foundation along with many other dignitaries from the field of Education and Indian Knowledge System.
